Education and Training

I received my bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology of Yeshiva University. During my training, I worked in various clinical settings including city and state hospitals, substance abuse treatment, and the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy (AICT). I completed an APA-approved pre-doctoral internship at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Hospital (now Norwell Health) in New York.

After earning my doctoral degree, I completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CCDBT) in Lake Success, NY. While there, I completed an intensive DBT training by Behavioral Tech, LLC and specialized in the treatment of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness.
